What We Do

We will tailor a staffing solution to fit your needs in a timely and cost effective manner.

Technology Recruitment utilizes a referral network, social networking, job boards, aggregate data bases and internet advertising to identify quality passive and active candidates.

Qualifying Candidates

For each staffing requirement, a job profile of the position content, prerequiste skills and experience is developed.

A clear understanding of the nature of the work to be performed, the nature of the assignment, and the skills required allows us to provide quality screening of candidates in a timely and cost effective manner.

We have in-depth knowledge of most all industries and their job classifications and utilize a 28 step process for all placements and 22 work related questions in our interviewing process.

Fee Schedule and Guarantee

Every candidate we place is unconditionally guaranteed for a period of 90 days.

Should any employee placed by us voluntarily terminate or be terminated by our client during the first 90 calendar days of employment, we will find a replacement at no additional cost or refund our fee.

Our fee schedule is designed to lower the cost of obtaining quality resources. The standard fee for a full time placement is 18% of the candidate's annual base salary.

Screening and Hiring Practices

Each client's request for staffing initiates a complete search for the most qualified resource.

The process begins with the creation of a screening questionaire, a detailed profile of the position content, work culture and environment. Social media sites are also utilized to attract the best resources available and assess the qualifications, skills, history, and interpersonal skills of the candidates we represent.

Project Based Recruiting

We have recruiters and researchers to source candidates for your specific requirements and skill sets. This is done on a hourly fee, so the cost is determined up front.

Our staff can work on-site at your location or from our offices, depending on the depth and scope of the project. The fee schedule for recruiting on multiple job requistions is $65.00 per hour at our location and $85.00 at your location.
